The Apple Magic Mouse is the world’s first Multi-Touch mouse. It doesn't have anything on its surface but the smooth multi-touch panel. No seams, no buttons! So sleek!
The multi-touch feature requires several hand gestures for optimal operation: scrolling in all directions is achieved by using one finger, swiping through web pages by using two or three, selecting by double clicking anywhere on the seamless panel. Momentum scrolling is also integrated: scrolling speed is dictated by the speed of performing hand gestures.
It also boasts of powerful laser tracking, providing more sensitivity and responsiveness on more surfaces compared to the traditional optical mouse.
Finally, it is wireless. Bluetooth technology is integrated into the Magic Mouse allowing reliable and secure connection up to 33 feet away (when paired with blue tooth-enabled Mac).
